DGBP is an early invervention service which exists to promote the wellbeing of vulnerable young people, aged 8-18 by encouraging successful transitions at difficult periods in their lives. The Project recruits, trains and matches adult volunteers with a vulnerable young person and throughout the matches supports both the befriender and the young person.
