Dumfries and Galloway Council currently have a team of Active Schools and Community Sport Officers that cover all 16 learning communities in Dumfries & Galloway.
Each officer works in partnership with primary and secondary schools, sports clubs and community organisations, and the wider community to develop sport and increase levels of physical activity.
